A tax figure looks wrong
The most useful message we get. Include the country, the gross figure and period you entered, the result you expected, and ideally a link to the tax authority page you are reading. Specific reports are fixed quickly; "the German numbers are off" cannot be acted on.
Billing, refunds and subscriptions
Cancellations can be done yourself from the billing portal on your account page, and take effect at the end of the paid period. Write to us for anything the portal cannot do, or if a paid feature is not behaving as described.
Privacy, data access and deletion
Requests to access, correct, export or delete your data, and any question about how data is handled. We reply within 30 days, as the GDPR requires. You can also delete your account yourself at any time.
API and licensing
For using the tax engine inside your own product — payroll, HR, relocation or fintech. Tell us the countries you need and the volume you expect.
Legal notices
Terms, intellectual property and formal notices, including anything relating to a published job listing.
Before you write
A few things are answered faster on the site than by email:
- “Why does this differ from my payslip?” The list of what the calculator does not model covers the usual causes — tax codes, church tax, municipal variation and mid-year changes.
- “Are next year’s rates in yet?” The 2027 tracker shows, country by country, what is legislated and what still runs on the previous year’s figures.
- “Where does this number come from?” Every country’s primary tax authority and verification date is listed on the about page.
- A question about your own situation. We cannot give tax advice, and answering an individual’s tax position would be exactly that. The AI advisor is a reasonable place to think one through, and a local accountant is the right place to settle it.
