You will lead a team of product managers and partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Business Development to build payment and wallet products that work at global scale. You have: • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and growing product teams. • A track record of launching a banking, wallet, or financial product from 0 to 1 and growing it into a meaningful business. • Direct P&L ownership, with demonstrated results driving revenue and managing cost structure for a product line. • Experience building and scaling global payments products, including working with processors, banking partners, alternative payment methods, and cross-border money movement.  • Risk management and fraud expertise, including chargebacks, authorization optimization, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance in financial products.  • A technical approach: comfort going deep on platform and implementation details, and the ability to partner with engineering on scalable, extensible architecture. • A data-driven approach: proficiency identifying, defining, tracking, and acting on the metrics that move a financial business, plus familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills: the ability to convey strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to an executive audience, and to produce clear, detailed product specifications for the team. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field. You are: • Entrepreneurial: you propose ambitious ideas and then go build them, without waiting for permission. • Comfortable operating with incomplete information and making the call anyway. • Rigorous about risk without being slowed by it; you know where to hold the line and where to move fast. • A strong collaborator who can align Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business Development behind a single plan. • Hands-on, creative, data-obsessed, and detail-oriented.
