You’ll combine customer empathy, quantitative and qualitative insight, strong product judgment, and clear communication to determine which problems matter most and guide the team from discovery through launch and iteration. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building and evolving B2B or SaaS products. • Experience with products supporting business-critical document or content workflows. • Experience developing multi-product experiences or workflows spanning multiple product surfaces. • Experience developing AI-enabled customer experiences or using AI tools as part of the product development workflow.
