However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions About the Role We are looking for highly ambitious engineers with a passion for driving customer success at the highest levels. This is not a typical engineering role; it's a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of groundbreaking technology and critical customer impact in the mining industry. Ensure the right work is done, at the right time, to the highest standard of quality — every gateway, every release We're looking for someone who has: - Bachelors degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in automotive, industrial, or robotics domains - Prior experience running or building a formal NPI / gated development process - Experience owning delivery to an external customer at production scale - Strong communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, quality, and business functions Nice to have - Prior experience in mining, construction, ports, or industrial site operations - Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development - Prior experience running steering committees or executive-level program reviews Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
